When Red’s Dairy Freeze is open for the season (March - October), an option will be available on the shipping option page for local pickup.
Orders will be available for pickup within 2-4 business days.
An email will be sent when the order is ready for pickup. Please do not head to Red’s to pickup your product until you’ve heard from us first.
A photo ID will be required for pickup.
Items may be returned or exchanged for 30 days (from date delivered). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.
A notice must be made via email to admin@redsdairyfreeze.com within the 30 day window explaining your reason for an exchange. Your item(s) must be in the original packaging. Your item(s) must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. No used items will be eligible for exchange.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If your exchange is approved, we will send out replacement items within 2-4 business days.
